Tapping into a tradition of knife and toolmaking that dates back to the 17th century, Cuchilleria Palaces was founded in 1917 and is the last remaining knife maker in the town of Solsona.
Founded by Lluís and Carles Pallarès Canal, the company soon became renowned for the temper and sharpness of its blades. Now run by the third generation of the Pallares family, the company sells knives and tools across Spain, Europe, and South America.
