Inspired by the simplicity and artistry that characterises traditional Japanese wood craftsmanship, Nordic tradition and the art of Japanese joinery unite as one to form the stunning Oaki design. Defined by a weightless, lightweight appearance, the position of the legs make the chair come alive as they appear to step backwards, with each rising from the floor to the full height of the chair, cradling the curvaceous backrest to form an inviting, reclined design. Made from warming Oiled or Smoked Oak, finished with a comforting leather seat, the Oaki has been crafted for maximal comfort, encouraging the user to sit back and relax. Part of the Northern Oaki collection.
