The inspiration comes from the sea. Ray has its simple and elegant shape in common with its graceful namesake. Like the sting ray of the sea it is thick in the centre and becomes slimmer near the wing tips which gives Ray a padded softness and makes it more comfortable to sit in. The seat is wide allowing you to have a plate or a magazine by your side or to pull up take up your legs.
