Bunky is a completely modular concept - easily assembled from just four pieces. It is made from rotational-moulded polyethylene and creates a sturdy, secure sleep and play environment for kids.
All surfaces are smooth with no sharp edges, and the material is highly durable and easy to clean.
Perforations under the mattress allow for ventilation. Bunky is also available as a child's single bed.
Australian industrial product designer Marc Newson is known for his funky, futuristic, but technically rigorous approach to design.
He has design everything from a private jet to a car, for a wide range of clients from Magis, FLOS and Alessi to Nike, Gap and Ford. Newson is inspired by an eclectic collection of contemporary designers: from Joe Colombo because of his “killer shapes” and Achille Castiglioni “so clever and witty”.
