We offer the following UK delivery options:

- Standard delivery provided by DPD - This is for small/medium, non-fragile items.
- Standard delivery (‘Deliver to Door’) provided by Atlas of London - For all large items plus fragile small/medium items under 20kg in weight that require extra protection on delivery without needing assembly.
- ‘White-glove delivery’ provided by Atlas of London – This is our recommended service for all large items that require assembly and packaging removal(*). Please visit our white-glove delivery page for more information about this service.

We’ve partnered with Atlas of London to offer a dedicated ‘white-glove’ UK delivery service option for orders containing large and fragile items. If you choose this delivery method, Atlas will contact you to provide the next available dates for delivery within your postcode. Atlas will provide you with a 3-hour time window for delivery, between Monday and Friday.

The following services are included with our white-glove delivery service.

- Delivery to your room of choice
- On-site installation*
- Removal and recycling of all packaging

*Please note: On-site installation is not available for lighting products or wall-mounted goods such as, but not limited to shelving, mirrors, and pictures. Other exclusions apply and additional charges may be applied in certain situations. Please contact our team for more information.

All International orders (non-UK) placed with Nest are excl. VAT. Taxes, duties and declaration charges will be paid in the country of import - please speak to your local customs office for relevant charges.

Small / Medium Items - Smaller items will be sent to you via the courier TNT/FedEx and will typically take 4-10 days to reach you depending on where you are in the world. This is a fully trackable service that also includes full insurance against damage or loss. In-stock items will typically be dispatched within 48 hours of your purchase (applies to goods ordered on working days before 2pm UK time).

Larger Items - Our standard shipping for oversized goods is via sea freight and by this method, your order will typically arrive with you 4-6 weeks after being dispatched from us. Full insurance against damage or loss is included however with this method of shipping, tracking is not available.

As we have a large range of products which vary in size, shape and weight, our international delivery charges can be subject to change. Due to the global situation with increasing fuel costs and other ongoing issues, we are also seeing price fluctuations which can affect our delivery charges. In these cases, we will contact you with the confirmed delivery charge and discuss the shipping options with you.

In addition, a small number of our brands participate in biannual seasonal shutdowns, which in some cases, can affect lead times. For more information or if you have any questions about these shutdowns, please see the FAQs on our Help and Advice page or contact our team who are happy to help.

Please contact info@nest.co.uk to let us know your reasons for returning. When sending any item back to us, it is important that you save all the original packaging. Please ensure that it is packaged as it was when it arrived with you. Our Customer Care Team can provide guidance on this.

Please ensure you check and measure access to your property and make us aware of any possible difficulties in delivering your order before dispatch. For example, lift/elevator sizes, staircases, internal doors and tight spaces.

Things to consider include:

- Red routes and parking restrictions.
- Delivery access and size restrictions.
- Suitable access to the property.
- Restricted access to the property and time restrictions.
- If a property is a new build or in an awkward location, please provide accurate directions prior to delivery.
