We’ve partnered with Atlas of London to offer a dedicated ‘white-glove’ UK delivery service for orders containing large and fragile items.
Enjoy your new furniture without the stress. Let us take care of your furniture delivery and assembly.
If your order contains oversized, fragile and/or bulky items (as we deem appropriate and at our discretion), your order will be handled and delivered by our trusted delivery partner Atlas of London, who will contact you to arrange a suitable time (between Monday and Friday) to deliver your order.

Based in London, Atlas of London have been conducting furniture deliveries and domestic removals for nearly 20 years.
Working in collaboration with some of the UK’s finest furniture retailers, Atlas of London’s years of experience make them experts in their field. This combined with their great reputation means they are our trusted delivery partner of choice for large, bulky, and fragile furniture deliveries.
Please note: For deliveries in the far North of England and Scotland, Atlas use a third-party company called Freight Express who are specialists in furniture delivery. Please contact our team for more information.

What’s included?
Our white-glove delivery service is provided by our trusted delivery partner Atlas of London. If your delivery from Nest is via this method, Atlas will contact you to provide the next available dates for delivery within your postcode. Atlas will provide you with a 3-hour time window for delivery, between Monday and Friday.
The following services are included within Atlas’ white-glove delivery service.
There is also an additional, chargeable option to choose a platform hoist or crane for unconventional deliveries.

With over 20 years of experience in delivering specialised pieces of furniture, Atlas of London will expertly install your furniture, and remove all packaging (unless instructed otherwise) – leaving you to enjoy your new designs, in a clean space.
Nest are also able to arrange for the removal of existing furniture prior to your delivery. We have partnered with Clearabee to offer an affordable, convenient, and environmentally friendly way to recycle your unwanted furniture. Find out more about Clearabee here.
Please note: On-site installation is not available for lighting products or String shelving systems. It does not include electrical fitting for lighting, drilling, or hanging mirrors and/or pictures.

Specialists in ‘awkward access’ deliveries
Wherever your space, we deliver. Our trusted partner, Atlas of London are specialists in ‘awkward access’ deliveries and will deliver your furniture to a room of your choice (subject to accessibility, fees apply).
Things to consider
Please ensure you check and measure access to your property and make us aware of any possible difficulties in delivering your order prior to dispatch. For example, lift sizes, internal doors, and tight spaces. For items that cannot fit into the room of choice through conventional delivery means, there is also the option for delivery via a platform hoist or crane.
Please note: If your delivery requires a platform hoist or crane, additional charges will apply.
