What does ‘made to order’ mean?
When an item is labelled as ‘made to order’ it means that we do not currently have the item in stock at our UK warehouse.
The amount of time specified under ‘made to order’ is the estimated lead time for the product. Estimated in weeks, this period describes how long it will take the brand to manufacture your items plus the time it takes to be delivered from the brand to Nest.
These lead times are estimates, for your guidance and can be subject to change. A more accurate delivery estimate will be supplied to you by email within 14 days of your order placement.

Delivery from Nest
Once delivered to us, your goods will be dispatched to you as quickly as possible. The shipping method and transit time applicable to your order will depend upon your location in the world, the delivery option chosen by you at checkout and the size and weight of the products purchased.

Place your order
With just a few clicks, place an order for your chosen piece of forever design. It’s as simple as that. If not in stock, the ‘made to order’ time listed on the product page will provide an estimate of how long your items will take to be manufactured by the brand and delivered to Nest.
After something a bit more bespoke?
Many of our brands offer the ability to specify finish, size, and colour to suit you. This takes a little longer but it’s worth the way for your perfect piece. Contact our Sales Team for more information on bespoke finishes, not listed on our product page.
Made with love
If your product is being made to order for you, our experienced brands craftspeople will begin manufacturing your product. When complete, your product will be shipped to Nest with progress updates.
We deliver worldwide
