Taking the generous proportions and soft expression of the original Quilton collection and elevating it both physically and metaphorically with the addition of solid wooden legs, Nipa Doshi and Jonathan Levien have created the Quilton Lift Sofa for HAY.
Almost sculptural in its aesthetic, the sofa features the same sumptuous quilted seat and backrest, providing the softness and volume that are so emblematic of Doshi Levien’s work. The wooden legs add an intriguing extra dimension, bringing lightness and a sense of spaciousness to the already iconic piece.
