Story
The Shanghay Chair is made from 4 small boards which are folded around each other to form a simple chair. The chairs structure merges the legs with the back and seat, to form a fluid design.

Lars Holme Larsen, Bjarke Ingels and Jens Martin Skibsted had collaborated on and off for several years before founding KiBiSi in 2009. The powerful trio started up the idea-driven design company to fully exploit the synergy of their individual successful design companies and architectural firms: Kilo Design (Ki), BIG architects (Bi) and Skibsted Ideation (Si). KiBiSi is considered among Scandinavia's most influential design groups today.
