The lamp is made out of sustainable oak, a popular and typical Nordic material.
The parts are joined together using a traditional wooden joinery technique supported by brass joints so that the lampshade can be tilted to alter the direction of the light. The matt white silicone shade cap transmits a translucent light beam.
The lamp works well for different purposes: placing it on a floor, on a table, in a shelf or hanging it on a wall using the screw fasteners under the feet.
