Tom Dixon Warranty

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and its customers (the "Customer"). The Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance or warranty made or given by or on behalf of the Company which is not set out in the Contract. Any samples, drawings, descriptive matter, or advertising produced by the Company and any descriptions or illustrations contained in the Company's catalogues to brochures are produced for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Goods described in them. They shall not form part of the Contract or have any contractual force.

The Customer will be responsible for inspecting Goods upon delivery and it is a condition of the Contract that any shortage or defect in Goods at delivery are notified to the Company in writing together with photographic proof within five working days from the receipt of goods.

A one-year warranty against manufacturing defects is offered on all Tom Dixon Goods (materials and construction) excluding candles and diffusers. Normal wear on fabrics and finish, as well as indirect damage to persons or articles, is not covered by this warranty. Where a defect has been notified, the Customer will, if so requested by the Company, return the Goods to the Company at the Customers expense. If the Company subsequently confirms that the returned Goods contain defects attributable to the Company, the reasonable costs of re-delivery incurred by the Customer will be refunded.

The warranties given above will not apply to defects that are dues to fair wear and tear, accidental damage or failure by the Customer or any third party to adhere to the Company's instructions or written recommendations.

Any modifications made to the product by the Customer will void the warranty.
