With a stainless steel wire frame and a hand-assembled solid wood tabletop, the E022 Outdoor Dining Table from EOOS is a playful yet elegant take on the classic form of the dining table. In creating the Embrace outdoor collection, EOOS have combined traditional joinery with contemporary aesthetics to create a new typology that is reminiscent of their existing indoor furnishings.
Meticulously hand-crafted by a team of carpenters at Carl Hansen & Son, the tabletop is made up of 50 individual pieces of solid teak, arranged in a classic daisy pattern with their characteristic rigorous attention to detail. The tabletop appears to float above the crossed base, anchored by the wire construction that is reminiscent of a kite’s drifting tethers.
