The headboard and bed frame are made from curved plywood in open-grain dark-stained oak.
The headboard cushioning has a foam insert and a layer of polyester padding.
The bed frame is made from matt black extruded aluminium. The matt black die-cast aluminium legs are fixed onto the front and back corners. The front feet can be placed towards outside or in a straight position.
Born in Milan in 1954, Rodolfo Dordoni established himself as a globally recognised figure in contemporary design having worked with Italy’s most renowned companies as architect, designer, art director and creative consultant.
His numerous awards and accolades include the 2011 National Award for Innovation (Dordoni Architetti Studio), an Honourable Mention at the XXIII Compasso d'Oro in 2014 and, more recently, the Archiproducts Design Awards 2022.
