Story
Even with its solid body density of 20mm, the E15 Shahnaz sideboard still appears light and elegant. This visual buoyancy can only be achieved by way of an intricate construction without visible frames.
The door interiors are equipped with engraved notches that lesson the tension on wooden elements.

Born in Mainz, Germany, Philipp Mainzer studied Product Design at Central Saint Martins College and Architecture at the Architectural Association in London.
During this time he established the furniture company e15 together with Florian Asche. Following several interior and furniture projects in England and Germany he moved to New York where he works as an architect and serves as creative director for e15 and Bergman.
