Part of the dynamic Wrongwoods collection, Richard Woods’ wood-plank block prints have become an icon of contemporary design thanks to his enduring collaboration with Sebastian Wrong. The tray embodies a unique, pop-art and cartoonish nature through its exaggerated pattern and use of colour, adding a touch of dynamic character to any home.
Perfect for use in a kitchen or living room space, the humble serving tray has had a stylish elevation to create both a practical household object and an eye-catching work of art.
Richard Woods and Sebastian Wrong have joined forces to create the striking Wrongwoods collection for Established & Sons.
A painter, designer and sculptor, Richard Woods’ work crosses the boundaries between art, architecture and design and is most often made up of exaggerated, garish representations of traditional British architectural and interior motifs, such as wooden flooring, chintz wallpapers, crazy paving or red bricks.
Sebastian Wrong originally studied sculpture before going on to establish his own successful manufacturing company. His career in the manufacturing sector has accumulated an impressive array of technical skills and he has worked with some of the most preeminent designers and companies of the era.
