Emphasizing the innovative, experimental approach of Gino Sarfatti, the Model 2065 Suspension Light has been crafted from high-quality materials and consists of two joined opalescent saucers, suspended from the ceiling with an aluminium canopy. Perfectly utilised above a dining table or kitchen sideboard, its futuristic graphic expression provides a lightweight aesthetic that can efficiently adapt to any setting. Captivating and elegant, its seemingly weightless profile provides an intimate light, creating a serene and tranquil ambience.
During his thirty years of activity, Gino Sarfatti designed and produced over 400 luminaires and carried out non-stop research into innovation as regards typology, materials, production technologies, light sources, technical lighting effects and design aspects.
In the course of their work, Gino Sarfatti and Arteluce won numerous prizes and awards including the Compasso d'Oro in 1954 and 1955, and the Honorary Diploma of the Milan Triennale.
