The Analog table boasts a new form that is a unity of three classic shapes; Square, circle and oval. The table combines functional qualities from an angular table with the social qualities of a round one. With all hint of hierarchy removed, the Analog table is left with a perfect platform for conversation for modern relationships among family members, friends and colleagues. Drawn back table legs allow for comfort to be enjoyed at the table whilst the inclination of the table legs ensures dynamism, allowing the Analog table to appear differently from every angle it is viewed from.
Spanish artist and industrial designer Jaime Hayon was born in Madrid in 1974.
In 1997, he began working as a researcher at Fabrica, Benetton Group’s communication and research centre in Treviso, Italy. 2004 saw the start of Hayon’s individual career and he has kept himself busy with a spectrum of eclectic projects. From toys, to modern furniture and interior design as well as artistic installations, his boldness has been to transcend the borders of the often separated worlds of art and design, comfortably bridging the two whilst embedding them with his own unique style.
