Pelikan Design partnered by Niels Gammelgaard, born in 1944 and Lars Mathiesen, born 1950. They are both architects specializing in industrial design. They favour functional and unpretentious idioms that are minimalist, yet expressive. Characteristic of Gammelgaard and Mathiesen is that they work very broadly in many different areas without losing sight of the issue.
