The Barro Jug features a generous 2 litre capacity and a comfortable curved handle, making it a joy to use. Functionality and simplicity are at the heart of the collection, epitomised by the striking minimalism of the jug. Rui Pereira is a nomadic designer and researcher from Portugal. Having lived and worked in Valencia, Milan and Copenhagen, Pereira has developed a clear and incisive design language that results in beautiful yet functional products.
Pereira has collaborated with a variety of brands and designers, including visionary Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola and Japanese designer Ryosuke Fukusada. He currently works for Danish design powerhouse HAY as design and visual direction manager.
