Starting with the essential form of the circle, BrogliatoTraverso have created a light that epitomises their practical, minimalist philosophy. The circular shade contains a flexible board of 252 LEDs, spreading light over the curved surface of the diffuser to light your home. Uniquely tactile and playful, the light is turned on and off by touching anywhere in the circle’s inner perimeter, with a longer touch activating the integral dinner. Alberto Brogliato and Federico Traverso founded Brogliato Traverso in 2014. Their timeless approach to design makes their pieces wholly unique, with simplified and empathetic forms.
The pair have collaborated with brands including Magis, Cappellini, Guzzini and Infiniti. These partnerships have resulted in many international awards, including the Red Dot Design Award, the German Design Award, and the Good Design Award.
