Story

The central element of the Fris Pendant Light is a slender glass tube, designed to not only protect the light but also enhance its functionality. Inside the lamp is an LED light source and a parabolic reflector, which is fully suspended within the glass and can be rotated to point the light in any direction.

The result is an innovative, ground-breaking piece of contemporary design, perfect for illuminating linear features like a dining table, kitchen island, or workspace.

Joan Gaspar

Born in 1966, Spanish designer Joan Gaspar studied Industrial Design at the School of Arts and Crafts of Barcelona.

The partnership between Gaspar and Spanish lighting brand Marset began in 1996, and since then, he has been developing new products for decades and steering the creative direction of the design firm in new directions.
