With a refined, almost sculptural finish, the Marset Ginger Bollard Outdoor Floor Lamp casts a subtle illumination without any glare. Transitioning from wood to metal, Joan Gaspar has updated the design with a distinctly contemporary twist, yet still rooted in its original principles. The bollard discretely illuminates its surroundings, casting a pool of light downwards.
Gracefully perched atop a slender steel stem, the LED module is perfect for lighting pathways, flower beds, or terraces while sitting unobtrusively among the surrounding vegetation when the light isn’t needed.
Born in 1966, Spanish designer Joan Gaspar studied Industrial Design at the School of Arts and Crafts of Barcelona.
The partnership between Gaspar and Spanish lighting brand Marset began in 1996, and since then, he has been developing new products for decades and steering the creative direction of the design firm in new directions.
