Simple and playful, the Montana Mini series provides endless storage opportunities. This iteration features a single tray drawer, well suited for the stowing away of documents or other assorted paraphernalia, while the two open sections allow for the decorative placement of objects.
Montana takes sustainability concerns very seriously, with their environmental approach front and centre to their design philosophy. This piece is made in Denmark, and certified by Ecolabel, ensuring that it has been produced to the strongest standards, and comes complete with a ten-year guarantee for added reassurance.
Peter J. Lassen is a Danish designer who, in 1982, founded Montana Furniture.
Following a career in the Navy, Lassen would join the furniture industry via a role at Fritz Hansen, where he would eventually become CEO. Following his dismissal from Fritz Hansen, where his modern ideas were deemed too progressive in the late 1970s, Lassen formed Montana around an innovative 60x60 shelving unit concept, which would go on to form the basis for the company at large. Lassen was one of the most celebrated personalities in the Danish furniture industry until his death in 2019.
