Forming part of the Mini range of goods from Montana, which sees a number of 35cm x 35cm cubes presented in a variety of configurations, the Module with Two Drawers features a convenient and highly functional pairing of concealed shelving and open storage.
Well suited to a number of environments, thanks to the wide number of colour options available, the family is modular in nature, meaning that it can be added to and developed with time, as situations and setting changes.
Peter J. Lassen is a Danish designer who, in 1982, founded Montana Furniture.
Following a career in the Navy, Lassen would join the furniture industry via a role at Fritz Hansen, where he would eventually become CEO. Following his dismissal from Fritz Hansen, where his modern ideas were deemed too progressive in the late 1970s, Lassen formed Montana around an innovative 60x60 shelving unit concept, which would go on to form the basis for the company at large. Lassen was one of the most celebrated personalities in the Danish furniture industry until his death in 2019.
