Bold and exciting, the Moooi Flock Of Light 21 Suspension Light features twenty-one individual light sources, with the resulting light being one which is at once both intimate and a statement piece. Studio Toer draw upon their experience as a multi-disciplinary design house, with the roots of the Flock Of Light to be found in their impressive art installation work. With the Flock Of Light Studio Toer bring their unique sense of creativity into the home, for a piece that, in Moooi’s own words, offers “modern design for anybody who inspires to live an extraordinary life”. The naturalistic roots of the Moooi Flock Of Light 21 are apparent too, with the sight of a swarm of fireflies giving way to the concept behind the piece. Notions of freedom and play run riot through such imagery, and it is captured to an impressive degree with the finished suspension light.
