Add character and ambience with the Cosy to any setting, whether on the table, shelf or floor - Electrical light is at its best in the late evening as the lamp captures a snug mood. The Cosy table lamp is made from mouth-blown glass and comes with a textile chord and dimming function that allows the light to be altered. The basic idea behind the Cosy Lamp was to create a design with presence and atmosphere, the lamp relies on the natural material of glass to expose the bulb encased inside and to create captivating reflections.
Designer Harri Koskinen (born 1970 in Karstula, Finland) studied in the Lahti Institute of Design and the University of Art and Design in Helsinki. In 1998, he established his own studio called Friends of Industry, which offers product and concept design as well as exhibition architecture. Koskinen’s uncompromising and outstanding design has been internationally recognized right from the beginning of his career.
