Care instructions
For regular cleaning, vacuum the rug using a standard floor head, not a rotating brush, to avoid tearing the rug. Vacuuming under the rug is also recommended. Do not: bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Avoid unnecessary cleaning and washing. To store the rugs until the following season, roll them up when they are clean, fully dry and wrinkle-free, then store them in a clean, dry place.

Remove non-greasy stains by dabbing them with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent or dish-washing liquid, not concentrated. Finally, dab again with clean water. To minimize the risk of stains and marks, they should be removed immediately and not allowed to dry. For grease and oil stains that do not come off with the above method, use a spray dry clean or textile cleaner for synthetic fibres. Never apply stain removers directly to the stain. Do not apply anything hot to clean the rug; heat will set stains.

Provide airflow under the rug for proper drying and do not let the rug sit in standing water outdoors. If the rug remains damp for an extended period and accumulates organic matter like leaves or plant debris from rainfall, use a pressure washer for cleaning. Blast the dirt from the fibres deep in your rug. Work in one direction to move the dirt out and off the rug. Flip your rug over and clean the back side as well. Allow the rug to dry thoroughly in a clean place before using it again.

Professional rug cleaning is recommended for stains or spots that do not come off with the above methods.
