Story

Combining carbon rods with an innovative Tyvek shade, the Tense Portable Lamp is an eye-catching table lamp and decoration from design duo Panter & Tourron, produced by the talented artisans at New Works. The ethereal shade perches atop a streamlined aluminium base, washed to achieve the beautiful crinkled effect. Battery powered, the light can be easily moved to wherever you need it, while the colour temperature and brightness can be adjusted to create the desired ambience. A magnetic charging cable can be seamlessly attached to the base, without compromising the lamp’s aesthetics.
