Story
The design is based on interlocking geometric circles, sticking out in all directions. Bau has an immediate pattern that is broken up by the discs' colours, sizes and off-centre linkages, making the lamp exceptionally expressive.
The Bau Lamp is an example of a DIY project whereby the user assembles his or her own lamp, thus giving the user ownership of the lamp. Please see the video above for step-by-step instructions on how to put together your lamp.
