Inspired by the multitude of paper lanterns available in Japan, Saskia Huebner has expertly fused Danish minimalism with traditional Japanese craftsmanship to produce a playful collection of lighting.
The table lamp’s compact form factor is ideal for use on a desk or side table, adding a warm illumination perfect for both work and play. The different pieces in the collection can be combined together to create inventive and eye-catching arrangements, with pendants sitting harmoniously alongside the floor and table lamps.
Saskia Huebner’s work is purposeful and aesthetically pleasing, focusing on sustainable solutions and how her designs can impact everyday life.
Huebner worked at Normann Copenhagen, as a senior designer for four years, before leaving to set up her design studio in Copenhagen. Huebner has worked with a wide variety of international clients.
