The Buffalo is the latest edition to the family of dining chairs based on the proven NORR11 NY11 frame. Made from multiple layers of oak veneer, the back forms a characteristic buffalo horn shape, not only a design feature but also a pragmatic design that offers shortened armrests, allowing the chair to be partially stowed under a dining table. The back and armrests gently curve around the body, providing superior comfort, whilst the legs are produced from solid oak and the seat of laminated oak veneer. The chair is available here in four stunning vintage leather finishes, whilst an unupholstered version is also available in the collection.
After years of experience in the fashion industry, Tommy Hyldahl decided to pursue his passion for furniture and interior design and founded NORR11.
Since 2015 Tommy has closely collaborated with Danish furniture designer Kristian Sofus Hansen.
