Built from lightweight fiber concrete, and finished by hand, the Gear Side Table blurs the line between industrial object and home decor. It's influences are clear and on-display, with the intricate base bringing to mind the industrial spaces of the 20th Century, while the hand-painted multi-layered finish means that each side-table is unique and carries with it a deep sense of texture. Structural but not imposing, and available in two distinctive finishes, the Gear Side Table is a simple and elegant homage to the Brutalist movement, of which a number of iconic architectural landmarks were born. Also available in a coffee table configuration.
After years of experience in the fashion industry, Tommy Hyldahl decided to pursue his passion for furniture and interior design and founded NORR11.
Since 2015 Tommy has closely collaborated with Danish furniture designer Kristian Sofus Hansen.
