The Via Fondazza vase was created by the Italian designer Paolo Dell’Elce and was inspired by the archetypal subjects represented in the still life paintings of artist Giorgio Morandi. Via Fondazza is the name of the street in Bologna where the artist’s house and studio was based.
Paolo Dell'Elce is an Industrial designer based in Milano, Italy specialized in furniture, lighting and product design. His work focuses on researching new and undefined typologies of products to meet the needs of contemporary life and support emerging activities in home and office environments. From 2011 he is Creative Director of historic italian company Danese Milano.
