Imogen Crossland and Slowdown Studio have collaborated to produce the striking Moretti Throw. With a background as an artist and illustrator, Crossland brings a love of maximalist colour and vibrant textures to the piece, her bold shapes and striking figures creating an uplifting design for the throw.
Using a mix of new and recycled cotton yarn, Slowdown Studio has created a lightweight and durable blanket that is perfect as a sofa or bed cover, a picnic rug or a tactile piece of wall art. The throw is supplied in a cotton storage bag, keeping it free from dust when not in use.
Imogen Crossland’s work is an imaginative blend of colours and shapes as she searches for the perfect mix of digital and analogue mediums. She aims to produce work that is both tactile and tangible, with vibrant colours and bold shapes.
Graduating from the University of Brighton with a degree in Visual Communications, Crossland’s work celebrates colour, joy, and togetherness. Her recent collaboration with Slowdown Studio brings her work off the page and onto walls and furnishings.
