The sculptural hanging emits accentuated light from an entirely integrated LED light within the interior of each piece, the creation of a perfect relationship between design and light source. Due to the flattened globe shape, the lights can be displayed in multiple compositions, either organised horizontally or vertically in terms of depth. Cosmos is also available in Chocolate or Light Grey.
Alberto Lievore, Jeannette Altherr and Manel Molina founded the company in 1991.
The partnership is currently working for firms in Spain, Germany and Italy, most notably on furniture projects for companies such as Andreu World, Arper, Casamilano, Concepto Casa, Dona, Foscarini, Halifax, Metalarte, Perobell, Prenatal, Santa & Cole, Segis, Sellex, Sunroller, Tacchini, Thonet, Tisettanta, Verzelloni, Vibia, Wilkhahn, etc. They also develop interior design, packaging design, product design, consultancy and art direction projects.
