Prospero Rasulo was born in Stigliano di Matera in 1953. After graduating from the Milan Fine Arts Academy, in 1987 he set up a studio in the same city. He painted, sculpted and did set design.
He worked with Studio Alchimia and Alessandro Mendini, participating in the "Redesign" and "Banal Object" projects. During the same period he created video, photo and exhibit set designs for Studio Occhiomagico.
Prospero Rasulo has been working for Zanotta since 1994.
