An extension of the Little Petra lounge chair, the ADT1 Pouf embodies the same stylish character and stunningly compact design. Upholstered in a range of subtle colours and soft materials, including sheepskin, ADT1 supplements an accent of organic texture and warmth to your home, further enhancing the elegantly cocooned seating environment created with the beautifully petite Little Petra.
Danish designer and architect, Viggo Boesen, came to prominence in Denmark during the 1930s. His work came to reflect what was known as a 'funkis' style, an abbreviation of the Swedish term, 'funktionalism', which referred to the architectural and design concept of 'Functionalism'. The movement represented stripped back, purposeful design, an ethos that is still at the core of contemporary Nordic design today.
Only a few of Boesen's designs were ever produced, such as Little Petra, but his distinguished, soft and organic approach came to be influential for decades that followed.
