Richard Woods’ distinctive hand-painted wood-plank block prints have become an icon of contemporary design, thanks to his enduring collaboration with Sebastian Wrong.
Part of the unique Wrongwoods collection, the Wrongwoods Dining Table creates a characterful addition to a contemporary kitchen or dining space. With its pop-art sensibility and cartoonish nature, the innovative, strikingly colourful woodgrain design creates a one-of-a-kind table and design feature in the modern home.
Richard Woods and Sebastian Wrong have joined forces to create the striking Wrongwoods collection for Established & Sons.
A painter, designer and sculptor, Richard Woods’ work crosses the boundaries between art, architecture and design and is most often made up of exaggerated, garish representations of traditional British architectural and interior motifs, such as wooden flooring, chintz wallpapers, crazy paving or red bricks.
Sebastian Wrong originally studied sculpture before going on to establish his own successful manufacturing company. His career in the manufacturing sector has accumulated an impressive array of technical skills and he has worked with some of the most preeminent designers and companies of the era.
