Adhering to Bouroullec’s principles of functional furniture design and versatility, the Traverse Lounge Bench is a well-balanced blend of utility and classic design. Ideal for both private and public gatherings, it comprises a shot-blasted aluminium frame with lacquer and wax-oiled ash wood slats.
The sustainably sourced ash is thermally treated to ensure maximum durability in outdoor conditions and its rich tones, a popular choice for contemporary decking, naturally fades to a silvery-grey patina over time without compromising structural integrity. The lounge bench’s pronounced, ergonomically reclined backrest encourages you to sit back and enjoy the outdoors in comfort.
