The Marset Ihana design stems from a simplistic structure, balancing on the cusp of rigidity and fragility. The sculptural lamp features a firm black metallic form, cleanly juxtaposing with the delicate opal-blown diffusers suspended below. The design was born in Laajisto’s search to find a light that complemented her 19th-century office building, combining nuances of old and new to establish a contemporary yet timeless design.
