Materials & finishes
Black and sand finishes are made from recycled fishnets and upcycled hard plastic, while the Green OC2 finish utilises discarded beer kegs mixed with upcycled hard plastic. Partly upcycled Steel tube frame with a gunmetal finish. Stackable up to six chairs. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Please note: Variation is possible due to the use of upcycled materials.

The ocean waste plastic and recycled plastic (PP) honours the UN Sustainable Development Goals of protecting “Life Below Water” (SDGs 14) and “Responsible Consumption and Production” (SDGs 12) and “Partnership for the Goals” (SDGs 17).

The Ocean Collection is designed for disassembly, meaning that the design allows each component in its purest form to recycle into new production circles.

Part of the iconic Ocean Collection, a representation of timeless sustainable design, the chair has been crafted from ocean waste plastic, an innovative design process that aids in the prevention of polluting the world’s oceans.

Constructed from recycled fishnets and plastic, its curvaceous, slatted profile provides the utmost comfort, suitable for use both indoors and outdoors.

Nanna & Jorgen Ditzel

Danish designers Nanna and Jørgen Ditzel began their careers in the early 1950s when they designed furniture using innovative materials, without ignoring classic materials.

In 1954 they designed a jewellery line, which won a gold and a silver medal at the Milan Triennale, and was key to their winning the Lunning Prize in 1956.
