Nika Zupanc’s design philosophy centres around a quest for a visual icon, subsequently reimagined into a tangible functional object; the Petalii Floor Lamp captures this perfectly with its fine polished brass stem that trails over, culminating in a beautifully shaped floral shade.
The floor lamp is a wonderful addition to opulent interiors with a classical aesthetic and it integrates just as well into minimalist styles, serving as a standalone piece to bestow a sense of grandeur.
Slovenian product and interior designer Nika Zupanc came to global prominence with the launch of the Lolita lamp, her first design for Moooi.
She established her own studio in 2008 working with her team on fresh projects that grow out of distinctive interpretations of modern culture, contemporary design and available technological options. Her designs are part of the range of distinguished design companies such as Moooi, Qeeboo, Sé, Moroso and Natuzzi.
