Materials & finishes
The sideboard’s interior and exterior are of MDF fiberboards with light walnut or black walnut wood veneer. Each module includes an internal tempered glass shelf fixed in the middle, with a matt Marquina Marble top and totems, walnut solid wood doors and wavy tempered glass. Features totem feet with integrated adjustable mechanisms and hinged doors without handles with 105-degree opening with hidden hinges. Fully assembled.

Please note: No two pieces of marble or wood are alike. Both are beautiful, natural materials with intricate markings and variations. The colour, shade and pattern on your product may slightly differ from what is shown on the website, adding a unique appeal to each design.

Story

A magnificently realised matt marble tabletop sits atop a series of walnut cabinets, giving the Rio Sideboard an unequalled sense of premium quality. A bonafide statement piece, the Rio features three generously laid out cupboards that offer generous storage, making the piece the ideal solution for a room seeking a sense of identity.

A larger four-door iteration is also available, as is a tall cabinet version.

Sebastian Herkner

Sebastian Herkner established his own studio in 2006 and has since then been involved in freelance projects for various companies and institutes.

Alongside the design of exhibitions and trade fair presentations his focus is on designing everyday objects. He is influenced by his observations of people and their actions.
