Crafted from either solid ash or solid oak, the Basic Table, with its uncomplicated approach to modern furniture design, offers an elegant solution for the modern home. Though capable of standing on its own the Basic Table can be placed alongside several tables in the Basic range in order to create a larger surface area, making for an endlessly modifiable table that will be right at home in all manner of spaces from dining rooms to meeting spaces.
Born in 1973, Jenni Roininen has been a creative director at Finnish design brand Nikari since 2011. She holds a master's degree in interior and furniture design from the University of Art and Design in Helsinki. Roininen has designed a vast number of furniture pieces in her lifetime, including but not limited to the Nikari Linen Sofa, Seminar Lounge Chair and Linea Daybed.
