Story

The Normann Copenhagen Tombola Vase has a unique surface structure, based on eight abstract shapes that have been combined in a random order to produce a striking effect.

Designer Mendel Heit was inspired by modular building blocks and the works of the French OULIPO group, who combine mathematics and words to generate beautiful art. Heit also took inspiration from master glassblowers and ceramicists.
