A revolutionary design, the Verpan Globe Pendant Light is the result of Panton’s visionary ambition to create an ultra-modern lighting solution with the ability to mesmerize on-lookers and unite a room, regardless of whether it is suspended alone or in combination. His most famed Pendant Light, Globe is built of a crystal clear acrylic sphere with five internal reflectors, suspended by delicate steel chains. Originally designed in 1969 the Globe Pendant has a unique expression, introducing pops of colour both relevant to the period and signature to the Panton design DNA. Perfect for hanging low over a dining table, in clusters along an entrance hall or as a sculptural feature above a winding staircase, the Globe Pendant is a unique and time-enduring piece that makes a welcome addition to the modern home.
