Story
The Zeitraum 1.3 Stool’s seat has been finely contoured to maximise comfort, with a shapely wooden seat that appears to float on a set of four wooden legs. The sculptural cast of the stool gives it a sense of lightness, despite the robustness of its construction. The efficient, space-saving shape and stable design make it ideally suited to a wide range of different settings.

Kihyun Kim
Born in South Korea in 1979, Kihyun Kim studied Product Design at the Royal College of Art and graduated in 2011. He has been working independently after RCA, specializing in industrial design across furniture, electronic products and living accessories. Before studying at the RCA, he worked for 3 years as an industrial designer and design researcher in a diverse range of fields including product, furniture, communication and public design.
